Expressions of interest are sought in respect to the purchase of a Company’s intellectual property.
The Company has built a market leading proprietary cloud hosted VR platform that enables organisations to manage, author, report and collaborate on VR experiences at scale.
The Company’s technology includes unique features and functionality including deep linking capability that enables VR Apps on the platform to be connected or linked with bi-directional data flow.
We are looking for interested parties to bid for the Company’s intellectual property and seek offers in this regard.
Interested parties will be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving a sale memorandum or being allowed to carry out any due diligence.
