Expressions of interest are sought in respect to the purchase of the Company’s business and assets as a Going Concern. The business operates as an artisan wholesale bakery, specialising in gluten free cakes and slices.
The Company supplies its goods across cafes located in Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle, Wollongong, Mid-North Coast, Adelaide, and Brisbane. The Company also has two distribution centres in Pascoe Vale VIC and Gaythorne QLD.
The business trades from leased premises in Marrickville NSW 2204. The leased premises are owned by a related party, and these premises will also be offered up for sale via a separate marketing campaign.
Assets available for sale include:
- Bakery equipment and machinery
- Motor vehicles/truck(s)
- Office equipment
- Variety of trademarks associated with certain cakes/slices
- Phone App where majority of orders are placed by customers
- Established premises fitout
We are looking for interested parties to bid for the Company’s business and assets as a going concern and seek offers in this regard.
Interested parties will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving any sale memorandum or being allowed to carry out any due diligence.
